The Global Public Relations is a third-party Professional Certification Institute in the field of Public Relations under the auspices of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), as stated in the Decree of the Chairman of BNSP number KEP.2394/BNSP/XI/2023 concerning the License of the Professional Certification Institute for Public Relations with license number BNSP-LSP-2396-ID, which is valid until November 10, 2028.

Global Public Relations Professional Certification Institute was established by the ASEAN Public Relations Network (APRN) on July 1, 2022, and officially legalized as a legal entity, PT. Professional Certification Institute for Global Public Relations on July 4, 2023.

Global Public Relations Professional Certification Institute has received support from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia through letter number B-167/BPSDM/HM.03.04/11/2023 regarding the Recommendation for the Establishment of the Professional Certification Institute. Global Public Relations Professional Certification Institute also has the support of the LSPR Communication and Business Institute.
